 "The most important aspect of this business is the lack of turnover in personnel. The same people have been there for years demonstrating stability and continuity in the excellence of service. The new facility is state of the art and there is continuous improvement evident every time I visit. This make for quick, convenient and complete service. The staff is always friendly and is simply matter of fact on what they observe and what their recommendations are. There is never pressure to make a decision. You are given all the information so that you can make an informed decision. I appreciate the fact that I have never had to wait past my scheduled time to start and finish my appointment. Most dental facilities I used before this group would run chronically behind schedule. The scheduling practices here apparently have been developed using realistic time requirements the don't waste your time by making you wait. This is important and appreciated by me. You cannot go wrong using any of the services this dental group offers.
